This page details all the terms, rights, and responsibilities for using the kuu9 platform — from accounts to payments.
1. General Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kuu9 platform and all services offered through it. By accessing the kuu9 website, opening an account, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to abide by them.
kuu9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any updated Terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend visiting this page regularly.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on kuu9, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must provide genuine and accurate personal information — opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited.
- Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any pending balance may be forfeited.
- Account login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone.
- Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to kuu9 immediately.
2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
kuu9 may request documents for identity verification at any time if needed. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Acceptable documents include: National ID card, passport, or driving licence.
2.2 Account Closure & Suspension
kuu9 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or if unusual activity is suspected on the account.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
All financial transactions on kuu9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods and limits are listed below:

3.1 Deposit Terms
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Each deposit must meet the minimum limit (৳500).
- Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited, and suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the most recent deposit.
- Withdrawals are not possible until the wagering requirements related to any bonus have been met (see Section 4 for details).
- Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
kuu9 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and regular players. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
- A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
- Another bonus cannot be added while one is already active.
- kuu9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- In cases of fraudulent bonus claims, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.
5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play
kuu9 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. The following rules apply to all games on the platform:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.
- Participating in any fraudulent activity against other players or against kuu9 is prohibited.
- Exploiting any technical error in a game to gain an advantage is prohibited. Any winnings obtained in such circumstances will be voided.
- In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, kuu9's decision will be considered final.
5.1 Sports Betting
Betting is available on a range of sports including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and more), football, and kabaddi. The following rules apply to sports betting:
- Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless kuu9 approves it for a specific reason.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will generally be refunded.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, kuu9 reserves the right to void the relevant bet.
6. VIP Program Terms
kuu9's VIP Program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

- The authority to determine and change VIP tier status is reserved entirely by kuu9.
- Cashback benefits must be claimed within a set period, otherwise they will expire.
- VIP benefits may be revoked in the event of any policy violation.
7. Limitation of Liability
kuu9 accepts no liability in the following cases:
- Any loss incurred in a game or bet due to loss of internet connection or a technical error.
- Any loss arising from the user's own negligence or failure to comply with the Terms.
- Any loss caused by a fault in third-party software or platforms.
- Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events.
kuu9 always strives to provide a safe, reliable, and uninterrupted service. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
kuu9 places the highest priority on protecting users' personal information. All data is stored and transferred securely using SSL encryption technology.

- Use a strong password for your account and change it regularly.
- Report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately.
9. Responsible Gaming Policy
